Softcover Perfect adhesive binding

This attractive, professional perfect binding in a paperback style is suitable for sheet thicknesses between 30 and 450 sheets (90gr. Paper) and final formats max. DIN A4 Tall and min. DIN A6 Tall format. By milling and slitting the book spine, which is a surface expansion, we achieve a high binding strength and excellent opening behavior in conjunction with the special Hotmelt Planamelt Pro. Our perfect adhesive binding is in no way inferior to cold glue or PUR binding and is also free of hazardous substances. We have attractive envelope materials in stock. These can be individually printed, including spine labeling from a book thickness of 35 sheets. The envelopes are creased by us four times for better folding and optimized side gluing. Processing of unsuitable, foreign binding materials, such as coated paper or paper with counter-running fiber direction, only with reservation.
